Franklin County Residents Directory is privately operated. It provides explanations and links to public record indexes, rolls, and directory collections relevant to Franklin County, Ohio. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a public office, court, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or information reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make decisions regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
Franklin County Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. We may restrict or block access, without notice and at our discretion, when a user violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Ohio Law
Ohio law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access questions involving Franklin County should be directed to the appropriate custodian under the Ohio Public Records Act, Ohio Revised Code § 149.43, and any record-specific exception.
12. Severability
